The 10th edition of Space21 opens at the House of Culture, which proudly houses Archive Khan’s latest collection of audio archives. Continuing its mission to preserve and showcase the Kurdish sound heritage, Archif Khana’s new interactive project focuses on rare recordings from the 1960s to 2000s, working with local collectors such as Shuan Oscar and Kamal Haji Saeed. By activating historic sites and fostering new listening experiences, Space21 has spent ten years as both a festival and a living archive—linking past and present, and ensuring the Kurdish sound endures for future generation
